The successful candidate will be considered a specialist in the field of Contracts Management, and offers a broad base of knowledge about the Project Controls Function.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Experience in Offshore, Subsea, or Onshore Oil and Gas projects, with a strong preference for FPSO projects.
• Involvement in joint venture (JV) or consortium project execution.
• Direct reporting experience to a project director or executive-level management.
• Expertise in contractual and commercial matters to ensure project compliance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Oversee client relationships concerning prime contract matters.
• Facilitate the flow-down of prime contract terms to subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Handle client correspondence addressing both technical and commercial topics.
• Manage changes, including rights and obligations related to change orders.
• Oversee insurance matters, including claims management.
• Ensure compliance with permit requirements at local, state, and federal levels, as well as letter of credit obligations.
• Administer risk management processes, including maintaining risk registers and managing warranty obligations.
• Provide reports to the project directorate and joint venture/consortium partners on technical and commercial aspects.
