Day-to-day-operations:
- Ensure HSE and security processes comply with policies and regulations.
- Maintain project schedules and safety standards.
- Conduct high-level accident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Identify and implement safety improvements.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on safety issues.
- Oversee client manpower, equipment, and resource requirements, ensuring cost control.
- Implement and monitor EPC policies and procedures.
- Coordinate loss prevention insurance reviews and action plans.
- Develop and maintain HSE contractor and contract management standards.
- Support the procurement process for global tenders, including contractor prequalification and risk mitigation.
Ideal candidate:
- Prior experience in a large fabrication yard (new built or repair), oil & gas or offshore marine organization
- 15 years working experience in HSE field (conversion and new building, oil& gas facilities) with minimum of 3-5 years as functional head.
Offer details:
- Basic all-in monthly salary: AED 50,000 – 55,000 (tax free)
- Annual bonus: up to 14% of thew annual base
