Location: Dubai (with possible international business travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication Yard Selection: Identify and evaluate the most suitable yard for jacket construction (approx 30,000 Tons)
• T&I Interface Management: Oversee transportation & installation (T&I) coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
• Project Execution: Lead the construction and delivery of offshore wind jacket structures, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a dedicated team for jacket fabrication and delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project goals.

Requirements:

✔ 15+ years of experience in offshore fabrication & delivery with commercial and contractual responsibilities
✔ At least one international assignment as Project Manager/Yard Manager/Fabrication Project Manager etc in offshore wind, oil & gas or marine construction
✔ Proven track record in jacket delivery projects (design, fabrication, T&I).
✔ Strong knowledge of yard selection, logistics, and offshore installation processes.
✔ Excellent leadership and project management skills.
