Position: Regional Project Manager, APAC (Based in Singapore)

A leading provider of offshore engineering and marine services is seeking a Regional Project Manager to join its team in Singapore. Specializing in mooring, marine operations, and subsea infrastructure, the company supports a broad range of offshore projects—from floating renewables to deepwater energy production.
The Role
As Regional Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing offshore construction and field development projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for overseeing full project lifecycles, ensuring seamless execution across engineering, planning and on-site operations.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate previous experience and involvement in minimum 3 (three) key floater installation or decommissioning projects, have solid background in subsea installation and offshore engineering and proven success in project management within the oil & gas or offshore sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and marine operations
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline targets
- Act as primary liaison with clients and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide strategic input on regional business development and project acquisition
- Promote continuous improvement and risk management practices
- Support internal teams with technical reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Location:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Singapore (East area).
10% regional travel may be required based on project needs.
