Type of projects: Floaters and HVDC platforms for offshore wind.

• Project management activities covering the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phases of projects.
• Facilitate the development of micro-schedules by providing necessary detailed inputs to planning engineers through proper coordination with various stakeholders.
• Ensure effective coordination between Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, and other relevant functions to enable smooth management of Main Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders for the package(s), independently handling both pre-order and post-order stages in line with Company guidelines and standards.
• Take overall ownership of the timely ordering and delivery of packages for equipment and bulk materials. Initiate and lead coordination meetings with stakeholders to ensure efficient project management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Extensive experience working as a Project Manager, Package Manager, or Project Engineer on EPC Offshore and New Build Projects.
• Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Proven ability to manage interdisciplinary and cross-functional interfaces to ensure efficient project execution.
• Demonstrated capability to manage external organizations, including vendors, subcontractors, and service provider
