We are seeking a Commissioning Manager responsible for leading the delivery and execution of project commissioning services for data centers. The role involves working closely with commissioning teams on-site, managing project progression, supporting delivery teams, and collaborating directly with clients to ensure expectations, procedures and deadlines are consistently met.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of service delivery in line with client expectations.
- Manage the preparation and submission of technical and status reports, including progress updates.
- Review and provide input on design/shop drawings, specifications, and related documents for commissioning.
- Conduct progressive site inspections to identify and address commissioning-related issues.
- Witness and validate contractor testing and commissioning results, ensuring compliance.
- Ensure all work aligns with company procedures and relevant industry codes.
- Supervise, review, and provide guidance on the work and deliverables of subordinates.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in MEP systems, building services coordination, and/or testing & commissioning, ideally with multinational exposure; at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of the testing & commissioning process, site installation, and project management in the MEP/building services field.
- Proficient in PC applications including MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative as a team leader.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging stakeholders.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
