🛢️ Project: Brownfield modifications and tie-ins for offshore facility upgrade
Role Summary:
As a Brownfield and Tie-in Construction Engineer, you will support the safe planning and execution of brownfield construction scopes, ensuring seamless integration with live systems. This includes preparing work packs, coordinating with engineering and procurement, and supporting SIMOPS execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop construction work packs for tie-ins and modification scopes.
- Coordinate construction activities with engineering, operations, and subcontractors.
- Ensure constructability reviews are carried out and changes are implemented.
- Support SIMOPS planning and risk assessments on brownfield scopes.
- Provide daily reporting to the Brownfield Construction Manager.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in brownfield construction engineering within the oil & gas sector.
- Experience with tie-ins to live systems, particularly in offshore environments.
- Familiarity with construction management systems and permit protocols.
- Good understanding of HSE in brownfield construction settings.
